They did an absolutely amazing job helping me find a tire and my price range. And actually treated me like a human being. A lot of mechanic places will treat you like crap if you walk in a female. But they did an amazing job yesterday. Shout out to Jesse.

Had a blowout on our 5th wheel toy hauler traveling from Colorado to our new home in Tennessee. Jessie was very helpful getting us the right size tires, squeezing us in, and the crew there getting us back on the road in a couple of hours.

We were driving through with our four children to Colorado and realized we had a screw in one of our Escalade tires! We brought it in and they had us fixed up very quickly for a very reasonable price. We were so thankful for the team at Bengston and thankful to be back on the road! Excellent place to have a car serviced!!

On 9/20/23 I was on a trip home to Washington state when I noticed a loud noise coming from my front wheels just after passing Salina Kansas. I googled repair shops and selected Bengtson Tire & Service because they are AAA approved. This was not a mistake. They got my car in the shop about an hour later, diagnosed the issue and found no problem with the car. It was suggested to switch sides with the front tires to see if the noise followed the tire. I decided to switch them front to back instead. This seemed to help the problem. I was only charged for the tire rotation and not the diagnostic time. It is good to find such a straight forward and honest shop that did not try to upsell me or recommend repairs that were not needed. I appreciated them getting me in as quickly as they did. I can honestly say I was glad I used their service center.

Fast and efficient. I had a flat on my 26ft 4 wheel trailer driving down I-70. They had me back on the road in about an hour plus hooked me up with a reasonably priced spare tire and rim.

I was in Salina with my 1967 Ford Galaxie for the KKOA Leadsled Spectacular car show. On the drive out from Kansas City, the fuel pump started getting weak, so I needed to find a shop to replace the fuel pump and filter. This could have been an ordeal - many shops neither know, nor want, to work on old cars. I called Kyle and he said they could get it in at 1 PM, right after lunch. So, I went over and enjoyed the show and then brought it to Bengtson at 1. They assigned it to a young mechanic named Corbin, who told me he had never put a mechanical fuel pump on a car before. Good guy. Long story short, they had me fixed and back to the show by 3:30. Thanks to Kyle, Corbin, and all the guys at Bengtson. If they can do this well on something as out of the ordinary as my Ford, I'm betting they're really great on the normal stuff. Highly recommended.

I was traveling home from Colorado to Pennsylvania with my wife and 5 young kids and ran into some car trouble. We were stuck 1200 miles from home and felt like we were at the mercy of shop for whatever they decided to offer for a time frame and price. I talked to Jesse and Brian. They made my vehicle a priority and I feel like I was treated fairly when it came time to pay the bill. Very professional and friendly people. I only wish this shop was much closer to home because I would use it anytime my vehicle needed service!

Nathan and the whole crew saved the day! We were traveling through town and they helped us get back on the road in a pinch. For such a busy shop, they were kind enough to fit us in with a quick fix and treated us so well. We’re hoping our next visit to Salina doesn’t involve a breakdown but would happily visit the shop again to say ‘thanks’!

Had a valve stem fail on the way from KC to CO, we were in and out within the hour of the shop opening. Great service, fair prices and clean facilities. Everyone we interacted with had fantastic customer service.

Special kudos to Jesse and Nathan. Both were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. They both went above and beyond to help me when my vehicle broke down in Salina and I was stranded.

Bengston Tire has the best customer service in town. Their tire prices are very competitive but their services are much lower. It is their customer service that is worth coming back. If I have to pay double to balance, rotate, and tire repairs, the cost becomes way cheaper than any others in town I have found.

Justin was a huge help. We were traveling through and hit a pothole which bent the rear shock rubbed on the tire and blew it out. They were the one of the only shops in town with the right tire size in stock. The got the job done in less than 15 min. As we were leaving a service advisor noticed our spare tire was low. He aired up our spare and our air suspension. Every employee we encountered was a genuine and very nice person. Keep up the top notch work guys, it shows.

We had our pickup towed to Bengston’s Tire & Service Center from I-70 . Called the next morning, they quickly examined the problem and got a new belt put on, they are a very busy business, I truly appreciate their quickness in getting us back on the road. I highly recommend this business.

I never really leave reviews. But this was needed. I had issues with my daughters car as we were on our way back to Oklahoma from Colorado. They got us in and fixed before the close of the same day. They were friendly as well as helpful and reasonably priced. Thank you a million times for your hard work.

Very pleased with the service and staff, I was in and out in no time, set of four higher rated tires and came in under my budget, not many miles so far upcoming trips but tires are smooth riding and very quiet, I would recommend them for your service needs.

I've been going to Bengtson's for a few years, now, and they are always helpful, friendly, and fair. I had an issue with my car that I could have taken care of with the right tools...they accomplished the task in 5 minutes and charged me nothing.

Nathan and Sandy are great, dependable, people to work with. Everything they said they would do, was done. I don't know much about alignment, but odie was thrilled to get the paperwork, and drive the car and gave the tech raving reviews. I will be happy to refer you at any time the opportunity arises.

Stopped in late in the afternoon to have a tire repaired with knowing the might not have time due to other customers in line or with appointments. They checked and I was correct, but I happily made an appointment to drop off my vehicle the next morning and within an hour got the call it was ready. Smooth professional service.

Amazing work. I went in for a basic service halfway expecting there to be more damage which ultimately was the case. The team presented my options after looking it over and went straight to work even later on the day. The price was very fair and I was well taken care of.

My mother took her vehicles to Bengtson's, and I do too. They listen to what concerns you have with your vehicle and fix it right the first time, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I've gotten both new tires and maintenance done on my Lincoln and couldn't be happier with their service.
